My name is Nicole Walls and I am going to be a junior this fall at the University of New England. I have changed my major three times since coming to UNE. I do a work study job called America Reads America Counts where I go to Biddeford Primary School and work in a 3rd grade classroom throughout their school year. This is what helped me decide on what I wanted to do in the future. Now, my major is Elementary Education and I will have a Special Education minor to go along with that. I plan to be a teacher for grades K-5.  I graduated from Gorham High School in Maine. I like to play all types of sports but my favorite would have to be field hockey. I was a goalie in field hockey for six years prior to starting here at UNE.  UNE was my dream school since I had my first tour here my Sophomore year of High School.   My biggest interest is traveling. I love seeing new places every so often. Most recently I went to Tennessee. As far as online classes go, this is really my first one but I’m excited to see how it works out.
